Returns & Exchanges

Purchased something from us that you didn’t love? No worries, if the item hasn’t been worn or washed and the tags are still attached you can return or exchange it.


*Note*
You must contact us at info@shopmaplewoodboutique.com within 14 days of purchase to start the return or exchange process. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges and we are not responsible for any lost packages.
All sale items are final.

 

Returns:

1. Within 14 days of purchase, email us at info@shopmaplewoodboutique.com with subject “RETURN” and your “order #”.                                                          2. In the email body please list product description, item # & size (if applicable).
3. We will provide you with our shipping address for the return and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges.
4. When item is shipped, please provide a tracking # if available. We are not responsible for any lost packages.                                                                        5. Once we receive and review that the product hasn’t been worn or washed and the tags are attached we will confirm your return approval. The credit amount will go back to your original form of payment.

Exchanges:

1. If your item doesn’t fit and you need another size, email us within 14 days at info@shopmaplewoodboutique.com to see if we have what you are looking for. 2. In the subject line, put “EXCHANGE” and your “order #”. In the email body, please note the product description, item #, size you are looking for and your shipping address.
3. We will provide you with our shipping address for the exchange and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges.
4. When item is shipped, if possible please provide a tracking # if available. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once we receive and review that the product hasn’t been worn or washed and the tags are attached we will confirm your exchange approval with a tracking # of your replacement product.
